Instructions

1	Sponsors are require to submit the Sponsorship Letter mentioning their GST number, and a copy of their PAN card.
2	Confirm the receipt of the Sponsorship amount from the organizer once the payment is done.
3	Sponsors will be charged Goods and Service Tax (GST) over and above the basic Sponsorship Amount.
4	There may be additional surcharge on the Payments as per the Bank Policies.
5	Sponsors are required to preserve the Payment Transaction/Reference number
6	CVS members may avail a discount of 10% on Sponsorship Amount.
7	All the sponsors may avail an early bird discount of 10% on the Sponsorship Amount, if paid on or before September 15, 2022.
8	The Sponsorship Amount is non-transferable and non-refundable.
